Regardless of why you worry, whether it’s a real one or not, choose right now to be happy, to love yourself, and to choose to feel that you can solve any problem you currently have. I know that you are afraid to trust that everything will work out and that in the end the result will be one for your supreme good (possibly if you have a lesson to learn, it would be good to assume this), but you do not solve anything at all if you are worried.
If you have a program in your subconscious mind that, if you worry about something, in fact that something will not come to you again, remember that proverb: “what are you afraid you can’t escape”, and think that there is no point in approaching the moment when you are going to hit on what you fear, just because you think about it. The vibration you give off is very important when you decide not to be afraid anymore; the subconscious (or the universe) does not know about the negative or the positive, it brings out exactly what you think.
Think of people in the world who are so optimistic that they don’t even think that something bad can happen to them. What if you started thinking about it too? Instead of thinking you have no money, rather think about what car you will buy with the money you have. The key is yours: either you choose to dive deeper into those feelings of negativity, or you choose to increase your vibration and wait for wonderful things to come into your life.
It is not difficult to make the “shift” from negative to positive thoughts: it simply thanks the divinity for everything that is wonderful in your life, whether it is about goods or people. Thanks every morning for waking up, and in the evening thank you for having a wonderful day (even if it wasn’t totally so, but there are some lessons we need to learn). This means increasing your vibration, and automatically making contact with your superior entities, beneficial to what you want to attract.
In conclusion, it is not very difficult to give up negativ thinking, you just want that. Just think about how you would like your life to be: happy or distressed? As you think, so will your existence.
