When you want to act upon something, but you feel fear for some reason, is moment to stop. Get out from your head and mind, and go on your body. All fears stay in your head, so if you can actually track that energy that it’s stopping you either in your head or your body, you find out the answer.
You feel fear in your nervous system, and the imeddiat react is to fight, not find peace, and answers about what’s going on. You feel that you must do now, and in the future. If you connect emotions with whatever you’re going on right now, you’re living in the past, and it’s fear.
Usually, intuition is telling you to stop from what you’re doing right now, and go into a meditation state, and search for answers, in what is it going on, and how to act upon this.
Ego want to keep us safe, and gives us fear from when we want to exit our confort zone, it doesn’t matter if is scary or not. Fear is like: if i do that, this will happen,. And how to act, and go in the mind. Intuition it’s receiving messages from your higher self, and you just know what it will happen if you do this or that. Is your inner knowing.
Fear it’s either pushing us in future, either in the past, because your mind it’s keeping track of the time. Your intuition simply know when is the right time for you, in all. Usually, your intuition it’s located in heart or solar plexus chakra.
It is very good and advisable if you work with both, if they are in tune with each other. I always say, in all my conferences: when you want to obtain something, you must listen to your intuition, and make plans according to you logick, and strategize. If you listen to your emotions, this go to fear, and you will wait and wait, until you think things will be better. But they will stop, because it’s only about you, and you only. SO, if you wait, everything will wait, for you.
Technique: just write on your piece of paper something that you want to obtain: after that, for 7 days, just try to meditate and find answers. After those 7 days, make plans, and act.
